I woke up to the nature's alarm,
With the sun at dawn mild to its core
Breeze of air so fresh and clean
Making me feel like never before..
The sound of birds flocking and chirping
In the sky above so bright and blue,
Untouched green spread far and wide
Making me feel joyous with colors of hue..
The surroundings today so serene or silent,
Bringing to the mind fulfillment and cheer
Spirits undampened and upbeat as I get up
Making me feel as if the silence I can hear..
Wish life could settle in well with one and all,
Not with greed, money, and material,
Ushering in sanity, peace, and harmony,
Making me feel again that life is not cruel but real..
